Meet Frances

Frances Browne is a Registered Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine Herbalist with over two decades of experience in holistic health.

Her journey into natural medicine began after leaving a career in computer programming to address her own health challenges. This personal transformation sparked a deep commitment to helping others restore balance and wellbeing.

Frances specialises in gentle, Japanese-style acupuncture, blending traditional Chinese and Japanese techniques with a calm, intuitive approach. She has trained extensively in Australia, Japan, and China, and holds a Bachelor’s in Acupuncture and a Master’s in Chinese Herbal Medicine. Her treatments are tailored, compassionate, and focused on supporting both physical and emotional healing.

Now based on the Central Coast NSW, Frances welcomes clients at her Erina clinic.
